Micro Finish is a type of Concrete Overlay that is applied to the existing interior concrete to create a new smooth surface for staining.  Often times older interior concrete is pitted or not smooth and would not look very good if stained.  A Micro Finish surface can look as good or even better than than new smooth concrete.
